We help people reclaim their attention, rebuild presence, and
create a digital life that serves them — not consumes them.
What’s stealing our attention… is stealing our lives.
We're constantly surrounded by a cloud of digital noise, and it’s costing us more than we realise. Endless pings, feeds, and distraction. Our minds feel constantly occupied, but somehow... empty. We’re rarely fully here. Not with our experiences. Not with each other. Not with ourselves.Stress, anxiety, burnout, and disconnection are rising in homes, classrooms, and workplaces. It’s not our fault — but it is our responsibility. To reclaim and protect the most precious thing we have: our attention.
I LIVED IT TOO...
The Attention Project
The Attention Project is a movement tackling one of today's biggest wellbeing challenges: the overstimulation, fragmented focus, and disconnection that stem from our compulsive relationship with screens. We work with schools, workplaces, and communities to support people in building more intentional digital lives that support their wellbeing, focus, and sense of connection.
For Schools, Workplaces, and Communities:
Help your people reclaim their focus and thrive.
The Attention Project: Live Session is a story-led, science-informed talk that explores how our compulsive relationship to screens is shaping our wellbeing — and what we can do about it.Backed by research and lived experience, it opens the door to important conversations and practical change.

🌱 From the FounderTrueHu exists to help people live in harmony with their nature. It started with the realisation of a simple truth: we're trying to navigate 21st-century lives in 100,000-year-old bodies. In a world that’s evolved faster than we have, many of us feel disconnected from ourselves, our community, and nature. We're wired for movement, meaningful connection, and moments of still, yet we've created lives that rarely allows space for any of them. This mismatch between our environment and our nature is the single greatest wellbeing obstacle we face today. It's the hidden root of so many mental, physical, and spiritual health challenges that seem to be multiplying around us.That insight grew from my work in health science and years of observing the quiet cost of modern life, not just in my clients and those around me, but in myself. So I stepped away. I studied, experimented, reconnected. And I started to rebuild with movement, stillness, nature, creativity, and honest reflection. What emerged is what I now offer through TrueHu: a grounded approach to living that honours our bodies, minds, and spirits.TrueHu isn’t about escaping the modern world. It’s about learning to move through it with integrity. On your terms, in your rhythm, and in alignment with who you are at the core.Jean Autard

Offline on Purpose: The Attention Project Digital Reset
What's Involved?
This 8-week guided group program is designed to help you reclaim control of your attention, rediscover presence, and rebuild a digital life that supports you — instead of consuming you.Break the scroll cycle. Quiet the noise. Feel more grounded, more present, more focused, more you. Each round runs as a live cohort, so you’ll walk the path alongside others, with shared momentum, accountability, and guidance throughout. We’ll also hold an optional weekly group check-in to share progress, reflect, and look ahead together. You’ll be supported through the 3-phase process outlined below, with dedicated tools and resources to guide you through each stage:
How it Works
1. Set the Stage (Weeks 1–2)
Audit your current tools and habits. Prepare for change. This is your foundation. You’ll take an honest look at your current digital life, decide what you’ll temporarily step away from, and get clear on what you're stepping into. This phase is about setting yourself up for success and designing your environment to support your transformation.
2. Unplug and Reconnect (Weeks 3–6)
A 30-day detox from non-essential technology. Here's where the magic happens. You’ll step away from the apps, inputs, and noise pulling at your attention. You'll reconnect with real-world hobbies, creativity, nature, presence, and the people who matter most to you. Most importantly, you'll reconnect with yourself. We'll integrate simple reflection rituals to help you tune in to your own voice, feelings, and intuition.
3. Rebuild with Intention (Weeks 7-8)
Decide what you'll bring back and how you'll use it.After 30 days of space, you'll slowly rebuild your digital life with fresh eyes, clarity, and intention. You’ll reintroduce only the tools, platforms, and habits that genuinely support your values, goals, and wellbeing, and define exactly how you’ll use them. Move forward with more focus, more calm, and a relationship with tech that feels like you’re in charge.

The Attention Project: Live Session
Meet Your Facilitator
I’m Jean — an elder Gen Z, part of the last generation to remember life before smartphones.I grew up as social media grew up, and I lived through the shift from Snake being the most stimulating thing on my phone to Snapchat streaks, infinite feeds, and a life lived through a screen. As a major label music artist, Jean, my life revolved around my online identity. The more attention I poured into consuming content and chasing validation online, the less I had for myself. Eventually, I burned out. Creatively, mentally, and emotionally. But I found my way back. The Attention Project is built from that experience. Now, I help others find their way back too — to presence, focus, real connection, and a life that feels like theirs again.

What Makes This Different
My background spans three worlds that rarely meet — and together, they give me a unique perspective on this challenge. From my studies and research in Health Science, I have a deep understanding of how constant stimulation affects the human body and mind.As an artist, I've lived the social media hustle and felt the emotional toll of chasing digital validation. And now as a marketer, I have inside knowledge on all the psychological tricks used to keep us hooked. This session connects the dots between what we feel, the science behind it, and what’s going on behind the scenes — so your people can begin to reclaim control.
